PROJECT: Investigation of Antibody-Antigen Interactions for Applications in Infectious Disease Diagnostics
ROLE SUMMARY
The role is for a collaborative project with Panjab University and AIGen Therapeutics Pvt Ltd.
Tenure:
The research position is for 6 months.
Location:
Research work will be carried out at Panjab University mainly and with some specific experiments to be carried out at AIGen Laboratory, Faridabad
Eligibility:

M.Sc. Degree with at least 55% marks in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry
GATE/ NET/PU-PhD entrance/any National level test qualified candidate will be preferred.

Fresh PhDs in these subjects can also apply.
Desirable Skills:
-
Technical expertise in gene cloning and PCR, recombinant protein expression in bacterial systems, and protein purification.

Additional expertise which is useful is mammalian cell culture, oligo assembly/ligation

Ability and desire to work in an interdisciplinary scientific team and to learn new techniques
